BY MAKING THE RESERVATION, YOU ARE ACCEPTING OUR CONDITIONS OF CONTRACTING<\/span><\/p>\n

\u23f0 HOURS \u26a0\ufe0f<\/span>
\n<\/span>Reception from 13:00 to 21:00.<\/span>
\n<\/span>We attend messages and calls between 9:00 and 21:00.<\/span>
\n<\/span>Check-in from 16:00 to 21:00. If you wish to check in outside of these hours, please inform us through this channel to coordinate your arrival. We can offer luggage storage from 13:00.<\/span>
\n<\/span>Check-out is free until 10:00. Please inform us via WhatsApp of your departure time to coordinate key collection. We also appreciate and value it if you leave the apartment as similar as possible to how it was when you arrived.<\/span><\/p>\n

The minimum stay is 3 nights during low season.<\/span><\/p>\n

CLEANING SERVICE \ud83e\uddf9<\/span>
\n<\/span>The service is free, every other day.<\/span>
\n<\/span>If you desire daily service, there is an additional cost of $2000 per day.<\/span>
\n<\/span>Guests are responsible for washing dishes.<\/span><\/p>\n

BARBECUE AREA (Quincho) \ud83c\udfb1<\/span>
\n<\/span>The service is for sharing.<\/span>
\n<\/span>You can stay until 23:30.<\/span>
\n<\/span>We ask you to maintain prudence with noise and respect the rest hours of other guests.<\/span><\/p>\n

PARKING \ud83d\ude97<\/span>
\n<\/span>It’s free for one vehicle per unit.<\/span>
\n<\/span>Additional parking incurs a charge of $3000 per day.<\/span>
\n<\/span>Type H units have parking spaces on Bustillo Avenue.<\/span><\/p>\n

CHILDREN’S FACILITIES \ud83d\udc67\ud83c\udffd\ud83d\udc66\ud83c\udffe<\/span>
\n<\/span>Jungle gym and swings are available for children up to 11 years old or 40 kg.<\/span>
\n<\/span>Always accompanied by a responsible adult.<\/span><\/p>\n

TOBACCO POLICY<\/span>
\n<\/span>We thank you for NOT smoking \ud83d\udeac\ud83d\udeab in the rooms or in the facilities of the apart hotel.<\/span><\/p>\n

PET POLICY<\/span>
\n<\/span>Pets \ud83d\udc36\ud83d\udc31 are not allowed in the apartment.<\/span><\/p>\n

RIGHT OF ADMISSION<\/span>
\n<\/span>The Establishment reserves the right of admission of occasional visitors, and under no circumstances will their access to the units be allowed. In case of non-compliance with any of the points, management reserves the right to request the immediate departure of the visitor. Likewise, departure may be requested if guests do not comply with the guidelines outlined in this regulation.<\/span><\/p>\n
